▇ 主要裝置

Main device

1、液晶觸控∶簡易設定拉布長度、方式、數量、速度及段落。

LCD touch screen:set fabric spread length,method,quantity,speed and 

paragraph easily.

2、無布停機∶布料拉完時控制主機自動停止運作，并自動駛回固定點。

Machine will stop automatically when there is no fabric:when spreading all the fabrics,machine will stop operation and return to the original position

automatically.

3、切刀裝置∶切刀和主機可以簡單的進行拆裝，布料切斷時可以依布寬 設定裁到行走距離及切斷速度。

Cutter device：the cutter and machine can be easily disassembled and assembled,and the walking distance and cutting speed can be set according to the fabric width when cutting fabric.

4、自動布料預松裝置∶先松布再鋪放，消除拉布張力并保持拉布質量的一致性。

Automatic fabric pre-loosening device:loosen the fabric ?rst then lay it to eliminate the fabric tension and maintain the fabric quality.

5、電眼自動對邊裝置∶在拉布順序運作過程中可以正確做到自動對邊。

Edge alignment device:automatic edge alignment can be done perfectly in the process of spreading.

6、自動上升裝置∶可依布料厚度設定上升量，配合拉布。

Automatic lifting device:the lifting ?gures can be set according to the thickness of fabric to coordinate with spreading.

7、緊急停止裝置∶于裁床兩邊設有停機用鋼索，可隨時于裁床任何位置拉動鋼索做緊急停機。

Emergency stop device:there are steel cables for stopping on both sides of cutting table,can pull and make an emergency stop at any position of the 

cutting table.

8、自動撥邊裝置∶可隨布料的寬度及張力作有效的邊緣展布調整，完美 解決布料卷邊現象。

Automatic edge shifting device:it can adjust fabric edge spread effectively according to fabric width and tension,which can perfectly solve the fabric 

curling problem.
